Parking Lots & Paving

Heavy-duty concrete paving for parking lots, drive aisles, fire lanes, and access roads. Retail, office, industrial, and multi-family sites across Greater Atlanta.

Paving We Pour

Concrete parking outlasts asphalt by 20 years and looks clean doing it. For commercial property owners and developers, the trade-off is upfront cost vs. lower lifetime maintenance — fewer repairs, fewer reseals, fewer headaches. We pour parking and paving that holds up to Georgia summers and stormwater.

008 Concrete pours full parking lots, drive aisles, fire lanes, dumpster pads, loading approaches, and access roads. We handle the subbase, the forming, the rebar layout, the pour, and the joint sealing. One sub from grading through finished pavement.

Built for Drainage and Load

Bad parking lots fail two ways. Either they crack under load because the subbase moved, or they pond water because the slopes were never set right. We laser-set grades, compact the base, run the right rebar pattern, and joint the slab so cracking goes where we want it to.

Drainage gets planned with the civil drawings — catch basins, sheet flow, and slope-to-drain. Jake and Chuck walk every parking job during forming and on pour day. The result: pavement that stays flat, drains clean, and looks sharp.

Commercial Paving FAQ

Concrete parking lasts 30+ years vs. 12-15 for asphalt, doesn't soften in Georgia summer heat, and doesn't need sealcoating every 3 years. Upfront cost is higher, but lifetime cost is lower — and the property looks cleaner. For long-hold commercial owners and multi-family developers, concrete usually wins on TCO.

Standard auto-traffic parking pours at 5-6 inches with rebar on a compacted aggregate base. Fire lanes and truck routes go 7-8 inches. Industrial truck approaches and heavy dumpster pads run 8-10 inches with engineered rebar. We pour to engineered spec — never thinner.

Yes. We phase parking pours so half the lot stays open while we pour the other half, then swap. Most retail and office properties stay operational throughout. We coordinate the phasing plan, signage, and traffic routing with the property manager.

Yes. 008 Concrete handles full scope — clearing, mass grading, fine grading, subbase compaction, forming, rebar, pour, and joint sealing. One sub from raw lot to striped parking lot. Striping itself is handled by a striping specialist we coordinate with.
